Get to know your cards!  This will shorten the time needed to set up your team before a match and make changes to your team during half time.  Understand each card’s best function (for example, it would not be best to put a Striker in a Goalkeeper position).

My Cards

Click on the My Cards button to view and sort your cards.  You can also add new cards and add training points and a ‘training increase’ facility (if you have them) to the cards in your collection.

The "X" On A Card?

Futera, FWF Online, Delete

Clicking on the “x” at the top right corner of a card will DELETE that card. The card will be sent immediately to your 'Transfers' folder to you to trade at a time of you choice.
When deleting a card, it will be given an ‘Intellicode’ which will replace the card’s original code (this is a valuable security feature).  You can view this code by clicking on the card in your Transfers folder. This 'delete' code is what you give to the person you are trading with/selling the card to.  When they register the card code that you have given them - only you know the code! - it will automatically be removed from your Transfers folder and put into the account of the person you have traded with.

NB: Please keep codes confidential as we can not get involved with secondary market trading matters.

Show Transfers

Click on this button to show cards in your Transfer Folder
A Deleted card with its Intellicode will remain in your Transfer Folder until it is registered by the person you have given the code to (only you know the code, so remember to keep it private).

Show Swaps

Click on this button to show cards in your Swaps file.  When you buy a pack, if you already have a particular card already, the 'double' will be automatically sent to your ‘Swaps File’ to save you time sorting all your cards. In the Swaps Folder, a number in a red circle shows HOW MANY of that same card you have available to swap.

List

Click this button to change to a ‘List’ view of your cards.

Filters

Use the drop down menus above the card display area to sort into card categories - there are 3 sort filters for ‘quick views’. The first drop down menu allows you to view Player, Manager, and Stadium cards.  The second filter allows you to view cards according to their position (Strikers, Defenders, etc.).  The third filter allows you to view cards of the selected card type (Heroes, Legends, etc.).

Registering & Re-Registering Cards

Click on the button at the bottom of the card display to display 'ADD CARDS' raise the card registration menu.
Click the "Add Rows" button to enter codes for multiple cards by typing or copy/paste.
Enter your card's registration or Intellicode to add them to your online collection.

Training Points & Training Increase Points

Training Points and Training Increase Points allow you to improve the skills of your player making that card more valuable to trade.
You get at least 1 Training Point with every Futera Virtual Pack purchase.  Bonus training points can be won as random prizes and/or when special cards are found in your pack.
Training Increase Points are quite special and are randomly inserted in Futera Virtual packs.

How To Add Training Points

Add Training Points to a card by clicking on the player card you want to train-up.  Then click the blue “+” icon next to the skill you want to improve.  You will see a small blue line added next to that skill. Adding a training point (or points) to a card will increase the playing power of the skill criteria that you had chosen to add your Training point(s) to.
Each ‘improvement’ to a skill costs 1 Training Point and once you add it, it cannot be taken away, so choose carefully!

Futera, FWF Online, Training Points, Add Points

How To Add Training Increase Points

Apply a Training Increase Point by clicking on the player card and then clicking the “MAXIMUM” button at the bottom of the skill ratings.  This ‘boosts’ the total level of training points you can apply to that card making it potentially super-powered and attractive to other players to trade!
‘Training Increase Points’ can only be added to Regular cards and World Series cards from the Virtual Card Packs (not from the earlier printed card collections).

Deleting A Trained Card

When deleting a card that has been trained, you will receive an Intellicode.  The Intellicode is shown in a pop-up window.
NB: PRINTED CARDS and CARD CODES:  When you trade a printed card, if the person receiving it from you manually enters the card’s printed code from the back of the card this bypasses the Intellicode and that card would lose its training points record.  Therefore you should always use the new Intellicode when adding a card to your collection.  This makes sure that a card’s training points stay with the card when trading.

Although cards are 'virtual', because of the value of the Futera brand in the trading card market, FWF ONLINE virtual cards fetch good trading values - sometimes as high as printed collector cards.. A 'Mythicals' virtual card (not printed) sold on eBay for USD$485.90 (picture attached).

Although the collection is virtual, you can still find actual Player Autographed Cards in online packs - including 24ct gold plated Player Autograph Cards.

◦ Futera World Football Online (Series 2) - printed cards

FUTERA BRAND - eBAY: The Futera brand fetches the highest football (soccer) card values worldwide - a Futera UNIQUE 2012 Autograph Card sold in August 2012 on eBay for USD$4,500.

Even Futera branded 'virtual' cards command high trading values with an FWF ONLINE playable virtual card (not printed, code only) selling on eBay in August 2012 for USD$485.90.

VIRTUAL PACKS - what happens to insert ratios?

As there are sales from all over the world going through the system any second/minute, it would not be possible for anyone to know where they are in the 'special cards' cycle to know what cards would be expected in any particular 'batch' they are buying.

Buying online virtual packs is the same as customers buying packs from a Shop. With people buying packs all the time from the same source (like buying from a Display Box on a shop counter), no-one knows who is buying the 24th pack or the 50th pack or the 500th pack...

Each Paypal transaction can take several seconds - by which time someone else (or indeed, many customers) from around the world may have had their packs downloaded which interrupts your own buying cycle.

FWF ONLINE insert cards and their codes are pre-programmed into the FWF ONLINE Virtual Collection ahead of time according to their respective ratios, so they are 100% accurate and cannot be changed, (and there is no possibility for anyone to know who will get which cards or packs!).

Building A Stadium

'Capacity' means how many seats your Stadium has.  The larger your Stadium, the more people it can seat and the more income can be earned for the Club (in real football, the larger a Stadium's capacity is (the more seats they have), the more tickets can be sold and so the Club makes more money). You can increase your Stadium's capacity by finding Stadium Cards which give extra seating capacity.
Currently the largest stadium in the game has a capacity of 324,370 seats. This is done by collecting Stadium cards.  1 Stadium card is included in each FWF ONLINE Virtual Pack.  Stadium cards come in 4 grades:  Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Link to Stadium Checklist included in: http://futera.com/page/fwfvcardset

Stadium Cards (virtual cards)
Stadium cards are a generic, timeless feature in the FWF ONLINE game, they are not linked to any particular Collection or release. Stadium Cards are virtual cards only, and you get 1 of the Stadium Cards in every pack of the new FWF ONLINE virtual cards to help you build your Stadium and earn 'Futera Tokens'. See Checklist for the range of Stadium Cards which you could get: http://futera.com/page/fwfstadium - new Stadium Cards and other types of cards are added to the FWF ONLINE game ongoing, so please check for updates from time to time.

Stadium Card Categories and how the Game deals with CATEGORY 'DOUBLES':
Each Stadium card has a category assigned to it (for example 'East Stand' would be one category, 'West Stand would be a different category - see chart below).

You can only have 1 Stadium card from each Category in your Stadium folder (like a real Stadium, there is only 1 East Stand!).
NB: The exception to this is for the 'accessories' type Stadium cards (e.g. Floodlights) which come under one generic Miscellaneous category where you can have as many cards from that category as you like (but no doubles).

When you buy a pack of FWF ONLINE Virtual Cards, the Stadium card will go into your normal Stadium folder (on your MY CARDS screen press on button titled 'PLAYER' - the drop-down menu will display all card types - Player/Manager/Stadium - click on Stadium to see your Stadium cards).

However, if you already had a Stadium card from that same category (say you got an 'East Stand Stadium Card', but you already had an 'East Stand Stadium Card' in your Stadium folder) then that new 'East Stand Stadium' card would automatically be sent to your Swaps Folder.

NOTE: In FWF ONLINE Virtual packs, if you find a card (any type) that you already have in your collection, it is treated as being a 'double' and will be automatically sent to your Swaps Folder. This is a feature which helps players by sorting their cards and separating their 'doubles' for them (especially useful for players who have hundreds or thousands of cards in their account!).

If the new 'East Stand Stadium' card which went into your Swaps Folder is a better card than the one you already had in your Stadium cards folder (for example if it was a 'Platinum East Stand Stadium' card and the one in your Stadium Folder was a 'Bronze East Stand Stadium' Card) you can swap them over.

Futera, FWF Online, Stadium Cards

Swapping Your Stadium Cards
Go into your Stadium cards folder (go to MY CARDS and press on button titled 'PLAYER' - the drop-down menu will display all card types - Player/Manager/Stadium -click 'Stadium' to view all your Stadium cards).

Delete the card you want to replace (i.e. 'Bronze East Stand Stadium' card) by pressing on the 'x' at the top right of the card. This will immediately move that card to your 'Transfers Folder' for you to trade at a time of your choice.

Then go to your 'Show Swaps' folder and delete the card you want to move into your Stadium folder (i.e. the 'Platinum East Stand Stadium' card) by pressing the 'x' at the top right corner - this will send the card to your Transfers Folder where you can choose to re-register it or trade it from there.

So now BOTH Stadium cards are in the Transfers Folder ready for you to re-register the one you want to play with which will put it back into your usable Stadium folder.

Training Your Cards

Add Training Points to a card by clicking on the player card you want to train-up.  Then click the blue “+” icon next to the skill you want to improve.  You will see a small blue line added next to that skill. Adding a training point (or points) to a card will increase the playing power of the skill criteria that you had chosen to add your Training point(s) to.

Apply a Training Increase Point by clicking on the player card and then clicking the “MAXIMUM” button at the bottom of the skill ratings.  This ‘boosts’ the total level of training points you can apply to that card making it potentially super-powered and attractive to other players to trade!

Redemption Cards

If you find a 'REDEMPTION' in your pack, this means you have found either a PRIZE card or Prize item or a Player Autographed Card  (EITHER a Limited Edition Player Autograph Card OR a Futera '1 of 1' Player Autograph Card).  A Prize can be a special card or a different type of prize item.
* Redemptions include 2 other bonuses of FUTERA TOKENS and also TRAINING BONUSES.  These are normally applied to your account soon after you find your redemption. Getting a certain amount of tokens or training points added to your account when you find a Redemption in an online pack does not mean that you have found a particular card type .. for example, the redemption in your pack could be a Limited Player Autograph Card, or a Futera '1 of 1' Autograph Card, or a random tokens award or a random prize item.

Redemption claim process:
If you find a REDEMPTION CARD from a virtual pack, Futera will email you to ask for your name, address and contact details in order for the item to be sent to you and a nominal $2.50 charge (USD$) is charged for processing and sending your item by registered mail. Following your payment, please allow up to 30 days for processing your claim, activation and shipping your item although in normal circumstances delivery timing may be less.

NOTE: Do not worry if you do not receive an automated email when you find a Redemption Card (your email provider may send this to your Trash/Junk mail). We see every Redemption Card winner in our system, and Futera administration will email you directly at some stage during the processing procedure to ask for your full contact details if we have not already got them.
*Please remember that the personal details & email you used to register your Team should match with the contact/delivery details you provide to us if you win a Prize or want to claim a redemption.  Photo ID or other validation may be required upon delivery of a prize or redemption item.

Notes: The specification of Autograph Cards, Prize Cards and prize items have been pre-programmed into the Game before launch.  These can not be changed, negotiated or exchanged. No card code or card identity of a redeemed card is released in advance to avoid the possibility that the code could be disclosed or traded in error without the claimant being in possession of the physical card.  This is our policy for security reasons and for the protection of the claimant.

Please refer to Terms of Use and Game and Card features. New cards and features will be added to the game ongoing and not all terms currently relating to prizes, features, cards and redemptions will apply in the future.  All terms subject to change; please check for updates.
See also full terms of use and privacy policy relating to use of the Futera network, products, prizes, redemptions and other services atwww.futera.com and www.FWFONLINE.com.

How To Trade Virtual Cards

Futera Virtual Cards  (FuteraVcards) can be traded in the same way as Futera World Football Online printed cards. When you give a card to the person you are trading with, they enter the code of that card to register it in their own account.
If you have a card in either your SWAPS or TRANSFERS Folder which you would like to trade, delete the card by pressing the ‘X’ icon on the top right corner of the card.
A text box will show you a CODE (deletion code)
Example:   AVwYFSPRVU41EVnNTTB1BA
It will ask if you are sure you want to DELETE this card:   YES / NO
To proceed, press ‘YES’, and that card will go into your ‘Transfers’ folder where it will be held permanently until you want to trade it.
The Transfers folder ‘saves’ all your Cards with their Intellicodes until you are ready to trade them, so you do not need to remember or write down the codes separately.
When you are ready to trade a card - click on ‘SHOW TRANSFERS’.

This will show all the cards you have put in your Transfers Folder. Click on the card you want to trade and it will show you the BACK of the card with its Intellicode.
Give this code to the person who you want to receive the card.
If you want to re-register a card in your Transfers Folder, go to the REGISTER CARDS area, enter the Intellicode in the white box, and press ‘Register’.   The card will be removed from your Transfers Folder and go back into your Collection.

• Important Note: Training Points & entering an Intellicode when Trading a card
This instruction relates to the following cards only: FWF ONLINE VIRTUAL CARDS + REGULAR CARDS from WORLD FOOTBALL ONLINE Series 1 + REGULAR & PARALLEL CARDS from WORLD FOOTBALL ONLINE Series 2 only

If you are trading a card which has Training Points, these Training points will stay with the card when you trade it, BUT the new owner of that card MUST use the Intellicode to add it to their account or the card will lose its Training points!  Please be sure to tell the person you are trading with to use the Intellicode and not to manually enter any printed code from these cards or they will lose their training points.
• What about other printed cards from Futera World Football Online collections?
Printed cards not listed above, such as Autograph Cards, Memorabilia Cards, Heroes, Special Edition Heroes, Legends cards which have printed codes on the actual card are OK to enter with the codes shown on the back of their cards and they will still keep their training points.  For any of these card types, its unique code will match the Code shown on your screen when you try to Delete it (in other words,  its ‘Intellicode’ and its printed code will be the same).
